This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery for purchases made from tremez.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Please Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

 

2. Shipping Origins & Methods

 

To ensure efficient delivery and manage costs, we utilize a global fulfillment network. Your order may be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers located in:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Sri Lanka

  • China

The fulfillment location is automatically selected based on your delivery address to provide the most efficient service possible. All items qualify for Free Standard Shipping Worldwide.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

  • Standard Delivery (8 - 17 Business Days)

    • United States, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Japan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates.

  • Extended Delivery (15 - 23 Business Days)

    • All other countries not listed above.

 

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to track your package's progress.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by their destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Payment of these charges is required for your order to be released from customs. TreMeZ has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at support@tremez.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

  • Damaged During Shipping: If your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery (if possible) and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

TreMeZ is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping. Please note that re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
